Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions, once accepted, constitute a binding contract between ZELMA and the Customer, subject to the laws of the Republic of Colombia.

The use of the platform requires prior acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as the acceptance of the Privacy Policy and Personal Data Processing, which is published at: www.zelmawear.com. Acceptance is required for the normal operation of the platform. Acceptance through the "I ACCEPT" button constitutes a clear and unequivocal expression of understanding, knowledge, and full approval of the provisions indicated above.

The terms and conditions may be modified without prior notice by ZELMA, effective upon their publication on the website.

Individuals under 18 years of age must make their purchases through their Legal Representative.



Once the order is formalized, you will receive an email confirming the details of the purchase made. Once payment is confirmed by the payment portal, you will receive an email confirming the same, and you will also receive email(s) informing you of the order's shipping status.
In the event that a purchase is made and the order is correctly processed by our website but the product is not available, we will inform you immediately so that if you wish, you can purchase another item or cancel the purchase, with the corresponding


The colors of the garments may vary depending on the device or screen from which they are viewed, so we do not guarantee the color display from the device. 

Prices are in Colombian pesos and include VAT. ZELMA reserves the right to modify prices at any time, however, once the order is placed, the price will be maintained.

ZELMA reserves the right to change or terminate offers or special prices at any time.



For payment processing, the website allows the Customer to use the online transaction service owned by a third party, which corresponds to Shopify Payments. When the Customer includes personal data for payment processing, such as credit card numbers among others, the use and protection of this data are governed by the terms and conditions of Shopify Payments. ZELMA will not be responsible for the operation, functioning, availability, and/or security provided by Shopify Payments. It should be noted that when the Customer proceeds with the payment of a purchase through Shopify Payments, and after the purchase summary is presented in the sales process, they will leave the ZELMA website for a brief moment and then re-enter it once the payment status (rejected or approved) is known. During that period, the conditions of Shopify Payments applicable to the payment transaction will apply.

Credit or debit card information will not be stored in the ZELMA database; this information is encrypted and inaccessible.


ZELMA charges shipping costs for the garments, these costs are specified and added to the total amount of the purchase.
Orders for Colombia are shipped through Coordinadora service. The estimated delivery is 2 to 5 business days. All orders are processed on business days, Monday to Friday, and are dispatched the next business day.

  • The order can be tracked once it has been delivered to the shipping company.

  • Delays, damages, or losses of the garments during their transport may occur, over which ZELMA has no control nor takes responsibility. In these events, the shipping company is responsible.

  • Orders CANNOT be canceled once they have been confirmed through our website.

  • Force majeure events that may occur, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, conflicts, wars, or accidents, will not be assumed by ZELMA.

  • All products will be under the power of ZELMA until full payment has been made. Shipping costs will be notified before confirming the payment.



If you wish to exchange any of our products, you can do so by presenting your purchase invoice and keeping the original tag attached to the garment through the Customer Service WhatsApp +57 3124471314 within a maximum period of 30 days after the product delivery.

Debes tener en cuenta que:

  1. Product exchanges will always be made for the same value at which they were bought and/or paid. In case the value is lower, the remaining balance including the shipping cost will be notified for payment.

  2. Product exchanges will be made for a maximum of 2 (two) times, and transportation costs will be assumed by the customer.

  3. The package must be marked with all your information: Full name, ID, mobile, address, city, and invoice number.

No item with a discount or purchased with a promotional voucher can be returned or exchanged.


The garments have a warranty of 30 days (1 month), counted from the date of receipt.

If upon receiving the garment, the Customer notices any defect or damage, they must immediately contact our WhatsApp line +57 3124471314, print the original invoice, and attach a brief description of the fault that causes the return of the garment. In the event that ZELMA finds that the product indeed has manufacturing or quality defects, it will assume the shipping costs and offer the Customer a repair of the garment. If it cannot be repaired, the customer may exchange it for the same item. If it is not available, the Customer may choose between: (i) a garment of the same value and similar characteristics, or (ii) request that the value of the defective garment be recorded as a credit balance (credit note), which will be reflected in a future purchase through a discount code for the same value, which can be redeemed through our website and will be valid for 3 months from its delivery to the customer.


  1. Damage and stains caused by misuse and/or improper maintenance of the product.
  2. The presence of veins, wrinkles, and natural marks of the textile.
  3. Normal wear and tear of the textile, thread, and buttons.
  4. Breakage of materials caused by third parties or by improper use (bumps, frequent friction, tears, burns, holes, use and/or contact with chemicals, among others).
  5. Wrinkles caused by bending of the joints.
  6. Maintenance and/or handling by unauthorized personnel.
  7. Subjecting the product to the shaping process due to dissatisfaction with size or design.


The consumer must inform the seller by request or letter and return the items within 5 business days following the receipt of the product, by the same means and in the same condition in which it was received. The transportation costs and others that the return of the good entails will be covered by the consumer, and the product must be reviewed and approved to proceed with the refund.


  1. The claim must be made within 5 (five) business days following the delivery of the product.
  2. The customer must present the original purchase invoice or the document accrediting that the product was purchased at ZELMA.
  3. The product must be new, unopened, unused, with all its original packaging, parts, accessories, complete manuals, and labels attached to it.
  4. Changes of fabrics, sandals, accessories, or clothing with any type of adjustment not made by ZELMA are not carried out.LMA.
  5. The refund will be made to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
  6. The customer must return the product in perfect condition (without signs of use and with the labels) to the following address: Calle 27 sur #27 d 79, Envigado - Antioquia. The cost of this shipment must be assumed by the customer. However, in case the product does not apply for a money refund, it will be sent to the customer to the initial address and the cost of the shipment will be assumed by the buyer.
